God Blocked It

I was watching
Joel Osteen
Yesterday morning
And he said
Our outlook on life
Should be Like
the windshield
And the rearview mirror
On a car.
The rearview mirror
Lets you see things behind you.
And when you look through the windshield
You are looking forward.
The rearview mirror
Is tiny compared to
The windshield.
You can only see a small view
Of those things behind you.
But when you look through the windshield,
You have a very large view
Of those things in front of you.
Are you spending too much time
Looking in the rearview mirror?
Looking behind you?
Meditating on your past?
If you look through your windshield,
You will see all the wonderful things in front of you.
Jesus has prepared the way in front of you.
Won’t you follow him today?
